Cash, Cheque, Money Order
All registrations must be confirmed with payment. A separate cheque must be made for each class so that we can return your cheque if a class is cancelled. Please make cheques payable to:

Registration receipts will be issued at the first class. You will be notified ONLY if a class is cancelled.


Limited financial assistance available for students who find it a hardship to pay the full registration fee. Contact the office at 329-8875 or 642-3635.

 5 Easy Ways to Register:

 MAIL IN: It’s easy! Just fill in the registration form and send it to the person who is taking the registration for your class. Enclose a separate cheque or money order for EACH class that you want to take and make it payable to:

PHONE IN: You may register by phone with the person who is taking the registration for your class. However, phone registrations MUST be confirmed by payment for the course.

 

COME IN: You may come to the Further Education Office at the County Office in Warner and pay your registration.

 

EMAIL: You may email your registration information to the following address: furthered@countyofwarner5.ab.ca . However, email  registrations MUST be confirmed by payment for the course.

 

INTERNET: The courses are posted on the internet at:

The personal information collected on the registration form is done so under the authority of Section 33c of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This personal information is used to facilitate your enrolment and administer these educational offerings. It is also used to create a record that allows us to communicate with you regarding County of Warner Further Education programs and services and to distribute follow-up information, and other uses consistent with these purposes. Payment information will be used only to process your payment. The provisions of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Privacy Act protect this personal information. If you have any questions about the collection or use of this information, please contact the County of Warner Further Education Coordinator at 642-3635 or 329-8875.

Confirmation
You will only be notified if the course you registered for is cancelled due to lack of registrations. Registrations will be returned. Receipts will be issued at the first class. REGISTER EARLY to avoid disappointment.

Refund/Cancellation Policy 

A full refund will be given if:

1. A course is cancelled

2. A request is submitted one week prior to the start date of the class

3. If a request is received less than one week prior to the start of the class, a 20% administration fee will be charged.
