EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
If you want to free yourself from negative emotions and experience Emotional Freedom, then sign up for this workshop! Whether you have body pains, want to lose weight, help your child with learning difficulties, have less stress and anxiety in the workplace, or improve your golf score, emotional blockages are among the most prevalent, persistent, but overlooked barriers to real improvement. EFT belongs to a new class of treatments referred to as Energy Psychology. You will learn how to achieve health and well-being by overcoming emotional obstacles with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It is a form of psychological acupuncture that involves tapping with the fingertips instead of needles. Typically the result is lasting and is also accompanied by positive changes in thinking and new insights. The technique is safe, non-invasive, easy to use, and is an excellent tool for self-help.

Relationship Building
This class is based on Dr. John Gottman’s observations of stable and unstable relationships that permit him to predict with 94% accuracy whether or not a couple will stay together over the next five years. You will be introduced to key concepts and practices that are found in lasting relationships. Dr. Gottman’s research also points out that incorporating more of the positive predictors and reducing the negative ones can improve any relationship. Please note: This is informational, not therapy.
