Belles Exercisers
Fitness 50+ focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, relaxation and breathing techniques. Low impact aerobic exercises are used to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Moderate exercise promotes health and well-being. Please consult with your physician before remaining INACTIVE!

Sitting Fit
This fitness class is designed to be done while you are seated. It will help you to improve your coordination, flexibility and muscle strength. It will keep you more independent. Offered in two locations.

Weight Training
This class will create improvements in functional strength designed to help participants perform daily activities with more ease and reduce the chance of injury. Learn proper technique for exercises that are the basis for most resistance training programs using free weights and equipment in the Warner Hockey weight room. Education on teaching body awareness which is essential for stable, safe, and effective movement will also be a priority. Learning by doing is the best training method.

Cardio Boot Camp
If you are looking to sweat, work hard and see results then you are looking for Cardio Boot Camp. This class is a combination of timed cardio intervals (floor aerobics, kickboxing, circuit etc.) and strength training exercises. This class is designed for results and provides you with a variety of exercises guaranteed to combat boredom. Come work hard and have fun and see results. Bring a mat, water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and hand held weights (2-5 lbs.).

Yoga
Yoga gently encourages improvement in flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and stress management. This class will introduce you to a form of fitness-based yoga designed to offer the physical and mental benefits of a mind-body connection. It is suitable for all levels of participants. Bring a mat, water bottle, blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi’s (Taijiquan) slow, gentle movements exercise your whole body to promote good health and enhance a relaxed mental attitude. Fall prevention, balance, coordination, flexibility, memory recall, decreased anxiety and focused concentration are improved with practice. Many doctors recommend Tai Chi for those who require low joint impact exercise. Participants report having increased stamina for standing, better balance, digestion, sleep and brain fitness. Many have even noticed their golf swing is improved. This class is open to beginners, and is a good tune-up for novice and advanced individuals of Tai Chi.
