Confidence and Self Worth in Children

Self Esteem is an important part of who we are because it affects the way we live, how we think, act and feel about ourselves and others; it also affects how successful we are in achieving our life’s goals. As parents we hope that our children will have good self-esteem but sometimes we struggle to know how to help them to do so. While parents cannot give their children self-esteem, we certainly can help them to build their own feelings of value and self-worth. This class will give you pointers on how to do this.
